It is the ability to make something out of nothing that makes us humans into gods.
Our ability to imagine, to discover, to be curious, to experiment, innovate and invent, to create, and to fall and rise again has made so many things possible which have transformed the world.

Just think about it, every technology that has taken the human race to where it is now has been born out of ideas.
Ideas that changed nothing into something.
For instance we take airplanes and air travel, internet, cellphones, electricity, satellite television for granted and as commonplace, but without the imagination and pioneering work of trail blazers like the Newton, Nikola Tesla, Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell, Wright brothers, Hertz,  von Neumann, Jack Kilby, Robert Noyce  and many more, we the human race would still be in the stone age.

So the point here being that the power which humans have is to create something from nothing and in turn give birth to new concepts and industries. So are we less than gods in any way!!!!

Or are we are own gods!!!!

  1. Well...eastern mystic view of Tao or Zen explains this much better than the monotheistic ways. The supreme is the sum of all. The supreme is the infinite yet contained in the minutest dot on earth. You see...it sounds like a fallacy and hence appears illogical...right?

Let me put this mathematically because we believe more in mathematics than GOD! So, how many even numbers are there in number system?
2...4...6...8...and so on...is there an end of it? I am sure you will agree that there is no end...hence number of even numbers are infinite...correct?

Now, let's wonder how many integers exist in number system...
1...2...3...4...5...6...and so on. Is there a last integer? No. You will agree.
And hence, number of integers are infinite too.

Well...don't you think that the number of even numbers should be smaller than the number of integers??? Perhaps half..?

But...the irony is, both numbers are infinite...one infinite is contained inside the other!!
